Week 25

Saturday

Started the day with some mushrooms cherry tomatoes and eggs

Lunch was a BLT using rocket and my HEB

Dinner

Aegean Kakavia (fish stew)

Sunday

jam jar salad for lunch (1/2 syns)







Roast beef and the works for dinner!  saved some HEA so the Yorkshire puds only came in at 3.5 syns and homemade horseradish sauce using fresh horseradish all made by the man of the house and washed down with a lovely pinot noir

















Monday

left over fish for lunch and aubergine penne arrabbiata for dinner (1.5 syns)


Tuesday

Leftover aubergine for lunch and bloody mary brisket from the freezer with horseradish mash for dinner


Wednesday

Decided to try something new for breakfast - apricot wheats as my HEB.  Cake run at work now comes down to 'something fruity' for me!

SW leek and potato soup for lunch

Dinner of Korean stir-fried rice using leftover beef from the roast (2 syns)

Weigh in today another 1.5lb off

Thursday
decided to try out making cucumber sushi....lovely with a little dip of mayo, soy sauce and chilli sauce
leftover rice for lunch and fiery shrimp cocktail for dinner (7 syns) and then a little chocolate cornflake cake with the kids (3 syns)


Friday

Pesto rice salad for lunch


dinner was duck in hoisin sauce from SW magazine for 1 syn
