Week 24



Starting this week off with a concert on Saturday night so time to fill up on lots of free food to save for a meal out and treats

Saturday

Breakfast was scrambled egg on toast with mushrooms and tomatoes


Lunch was left over porcini pork and pasta from the freezer (1 syn)

For afternoon rehearsal I took some fruit and then dinner out of halloumi and falafel salad with grilled chicken, hopefully not too sinful!  after concert hifi bar to give me a chocolate boost for the drive home.


Sunday

Our veg box gave us an ideal lunch - oven roasted ratatouille - 3 syns as I did use oil

Dinner was braised venison again 3 syns which we have had before with roast potatoes and broccoli

Monday

nice grill up for a day with the kids


Repeat of Sunday's food but with mash for dinner

Tuesday

Lunch was spiced red lentil dhal soup form the SW book

Dinner was squid, broad beans and other lovely things all roasted together

Wednesday

Cake run to Greggs at work today.....but I was good!

leftovers for lunch and left over curry made into a biryani (4syns)

Weigh in day and another 1/2lb lost.

Thursday

Soup for lunch and dinner was sausage mash and onion gravy 7 syns

Friday

left over soup for lunch and pesto steak for dinner 4.5 syns
