Week 22

A week starting off with lovely crisp sunny days and the promise of snow.  Lots of lovely food on the menu again to be cooked around work and kids.

Saturday

Started the day with scrambled eggs, bacon and mushroom

Lunch was slimming world chips and sausage with a few roasted tomatoes

Dinner was a lovely green chilli using pork mince and peppers and syn free as used the wrap as my HEB.

Sunday

Good start to the day, waffles with bacon and syrup and also fruit and a little fat free crème fraiche.

Lunch roasted squash salad with mozzarella (7.5 syns)

Dinner was a SW thai red prawn curry from the latest magazine (2.5 syns)

Monday

Started the day with a nice grill up

lunch was the left over pork chilli using another wrap

dinner was salmon cooked with chorizo (3.5 syns)

Tuesday

back to workday breakfasts and snack box this week...

Lovely slow roasted root veg soup, 3 hours in the oven and totally syn free


Dinner was a lamb rogan josh from the freezer with rice (2 syns)


Wednesday

soup for lunch followed by dinner of spiced lentils and 4 ( syns)

Weigh in day today, all syns used this week and 1.5lbs off, getting nearer to target

Thursday

snow day so normal breakfast but nice grill up for lunch to keep out the cold

Hot smoked salmon and asparagus pasta only 1 syn for dinner


Friday

nursery closed so snow day and working at home, syn free breakfast to start the day

Leftover curry rice for lunch and fun in the snow!
