week 26

Saturday

nice scrambled eggs on toast for breakfast and then a trip to Nandos, love having all the lovely food for a couple of syns.


Dinner was American style trout and salad


Sunday

Lunch was SW root vegetable soup syn free


Dinner was a trusty cottage pie recipe (2 syns)


Monday

Started the day with waffles topped with plums and some very low syn syrup
Lunch was a breakfast bake - bacon and mushrooms topped with beans, an egg and cheese and baked with a few chips to dip in

Cottage pie for dinner again with leftover asparagus


Tuesday

Lunch of soup and then Sri Lankan prawn curry, tamarind, baby corn and pineapple rice for dinner (3 syns)


Wednesday

curry for lunch and then SW Puttanesca sauce for dinner with pasta (2 syns)


Thursday


Out for lunch as early start to Easter

Baked Tarka daal cauliflower, split peas for dinner


Friday

daal for lunch and then ginger shakin' beef for dinner (1.5 syns)
